Rooted Yoga Move And Meditate Class

Move & Meditate

  • Move & Meditate starts with a slow, grounding flow, followed by restorative shapes and meditation. The meditation techniques will vary, including guided or mindfulness meditation, mantra meditation, body scanning, focused breath/pranayama, and sound.

Rooted Yoga Root And Restore Class

Root & Restore

  • Root and Restore is our signature Vinyasa class coupled with restorative yoga, allowing you to practice deep relaxation and tap into yoga's meditative aspects. You'll hold the restorative poses for more extended periods effortlessly with the help of supportive props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters. You'll leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

Rooted Yoga Rooted Class

Rooted

  • Elevate your practice with Rooted. This Vinyasa class offers a range of pranayama techniques, dynamic poses, and varying movement options to challenge yourself mindfully. You'll work up a sweat and feel the burn, but this class won't push you beyond your limits. By the end, you'll feel accomplished and strong!

Rooted Yoga Standing Flow Class

Standing Flow

  • During Standing Flow, you'll move through various standing poses that help enhance balance, strength, and mobility. Seated poses for rest and centering are included at the beginning or end of class.

    This energizing session requires a moderate amount of work. You'll get warm but leave with greater comfort and connectedness in body and mind.

Rooted Yoga Yin Class

Yin

  • Yin is a slow, passive practice that targets deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are held longer than in other styles of yoga, allowing you to lengthen and deeply stretch tight muscles. Yin offers space to turn inward, tune into your body, and be still. The meditative aspect of this practice may be where the true challenge lies.

Rooted Yoga Mellow Class

Mellow

  • Mellow is a slower variation of the Rooted class without Chaturanga Dondasana. You'll have extra time to transition between poses, helpful guidance cues, and increased accessibility. It's a fantastic class to deepen your physical practice or recover from more strenuous movement practices, like weight training. You'll leave feeling energized & refreshed.

Rooted Yoga Friday Chill

Friday Chill

  • Our Friday Chill session is as restful as it gets! It is the ultimate way to unwind after a long work week. This class rotates weekly and may include nidra, yin, restore, meditation, reiki, and sound immersion.

    Friday Chill is all about caring for you and giving yourself the much-needed relaxation you deserve.

*Intensity Levels

  • This is a relaxed, feel-good class with light movement & stretching. You may not break a sweat in this one.

  • This class offers a balance between intensity levels 1 and 2. You'll get warm and get your heart rate up, but don't worry, you'll leave feeling energized and more connected in both body and mind. It's an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself while feeling comfortable and supported.

  • Be prepared for energetic work and dynamic flows in this class. You'll work up a sweat and feel the burn, but this class won't push you beyond your limits. By the end, you'll feel accomplished and strong. If you’re up for a small challenge, try this class!
