During this session, Dali and Jen will guide you through a soothing Reiki & Restore practice. You will also:
learn about the seven primary chakras
discover how these energy centers can affect your mind and body
explore yoga tools, such as pranayama and affirmations, to balance and align your chakras
You'll leave this session feeling grounded and peaceful with more tools to support your wellness.
