Here’s the thing… the bulk of media and Instagram yogi sensations portray yoga as some acrobatic form of movement. While that may be appealing to some, yoga can also be super simple. It can look like sweating through a challenging flow, becoming aware that you bite your bottom lip when stressed, and anything in between.
Remember, achieving a pose isn't the purpose. Finding a connection and awareness that you come back to again and again is. Progress doesn’t need to be measured; just witnessed.
